WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTSt
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179t ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLSt TEXASt
PASSED, APPROVEDt AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLSt NOVEMBER 13,
1967t AS AMENDED JANUARY 27t 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 82-7 the fol10wfng described property shall
be rezoned from Commercial· to Commercial:-~pecific U?~:- Sale
of Beer for off-premise consumption.
STIPULATION: PERMIT ISSUED TO JOHN CARTER AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
BEING 0.488 acres situated in the J. H. Barlough Survey, Abstract No. 130,
City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, being a portion of a
tract of land conveyed to J. B. Sandlin & Alan W. Hamm by deed recorded in
Volume 6377, Page 425, Tarrant County Deed Records, said 0.488 acres being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/211 iron at the intersection of the west line of F.M. Hwy.
No. 1938 (Davis Blvd.) with the north line of College Circle;
THENCE North 77 degrees 52 minutes West, along the north line of said College
Circle, 149.71 feet to a 1/2" iron at the beginning of a curve to the right
whose radius point bears North 12 degrees 08 minutes East, 217.93 feet;
THENCE continuing with the north line of said College Circle and along said
curve, in a westerly direction, through a central angle of 05 degrees 20
minutes 32 seconds, 20.32 feet to a 1/2" iron at the end of said curve;
THENCE North 12 degrees 08 minutes East, 124.05 feet to a 1/2" iron;
THENCE South 77 degrees 52 minutes East, 170.0 feet to a 1/2" iron in the
west line of said F.M. Hwy. No. 1938;
THENCE South 12 degrees 08 minutes West, along the west line of said Highway,
125.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 21,244 square feeor or
0.488 acre of land.
