AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTSþ
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179þ ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLSþ TEXAS,
PASSEDþ APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLSþ NOVEMBER 13,
1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27þ 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 82-16 the following described property shall
be rezoned from Local Retà n· to
2F-9-Two Family Dwellings. '

BEING Lot A, Block 30, of College Hill Addition, 8th Filing, an addition
to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded
in Volume 388-37, Page 75, of the Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
This property is located at the southwest corner of Smithfield Road and
Watauga Road.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 9th DAY OF JUNE, 1982.
