' ( BEING Lot A, Block 30, of College Hill Addition, 8th Filing, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-37, Page 75, of the Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas. This property is located at the southwest corner of Smithfield Road and Watauga Road.
