AN ORDINANCE COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE XXIX
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS ~ SECTION 1 of ORDI-
NANCE l79~ ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS~ TEXAS~ PASSED~ APPROVED
AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISS-
ION AND BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS ~
Section of of Ordinance No. 179 reads as follows:
"The governing body may from time to time amend, supplement or
change by ordinance the boundaries of the districts or the re-
gula tions herein es tabl ished".
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION:
CASE
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills
met at 7:30 P.M. September 11, 1968 to hear and determine the application
of Dynamic Development Corp. to vacate the plat of the following described
property: Lots 13 thru 18 Block 1, Lots 1 thru 10 Block 2, Lots 16 thru
31 Block 3, Lots 21 thru 27 Block 4 Town and Country Estates. Survey of
a part of Blocksl, 2, 3, and 4, TOWN AND COUNTRY ESTATES, to the City of
Smithfield, Now in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas,
ps recorded in Vol. 388-22, Page 51, and a tract East of Block 4, being
all the said Addition North of the Right-of-Way of Highway No. l2l-A, and
being out of the Heirs of E.S. Carder Survey, Abstract No. 308, and being
described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the N.W. Corner of
said Block 2, TOWN AND COUNTRY ESTATES~ said point being the N.E. Corner
of Block "c" RICHLAND OAKS ADDITION; THENCE S 00 07' W (00 04' on plat)
898.1 feet to the S.W. Corner of Lot 13, Block 1, said Town and Country
Estates, said point being the Northerly Right-of-Way of Highway No. l2l-A;
THENCE S 890 41' E 10.0 feet along South line of Lot 13 to a point for
corner; THENCE N 450 29' E 147.54 feet to a point in the East line of Lot
14, Block 1 said Addition; THENCE N 330 39' E 90.7 feet across Blackfoot
Trail to the S.W. Corner of Lot 16, Block 3, said Addition; THENCE S 890 51' E
14.0 feet along the South line of Lot 16 to a point for corner; THENCE N
400 13' E 156.8 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N 410 38' E 173.51 feet
to a point in the East line of Lot 29, Block 3 said Addition for corner;
THENCE N 340 33 ' E 88.8 feet across Lipan Trail to the point in West line
of Lot 21, Block 4 at 32.89 feet from its N.W.Corner; THENCE S 890 42' E
15.0 feet along the North line of Highway l2l-A to a point for corner;
THENCE N 410 21' E 44.0 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N 430 01' 104.31
feet to a point in the East line of Lot 23, Block 4 said Addition; THENCE
N 440 18' E 43.46 feet to a point for corner; THENCE N 00 07' E 250.15 feet
to an iron for corner; THENCE S 890 25' W 591.5 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
