AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTSt
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179t ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLSt TEXASt

AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: .
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 82-23 . the following described property shall
be rezoned from Loca 1 Rêta iT -. . . . to

The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of Lot 2,
Block 4, University Plaza, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills,
Tarrant County, Texas according to the revised plat recorded on Page 20 of
Volume 388-123 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, Block 4, said University'
Pl aza and bei ng the Southwest corner of Trac t 1, Block 5, Un ivers ity Pl aza ,
an addition to the City of Hurst, Tarrant County, Texas according to the
plat recorded on Page 34 & 35 of Volume 388-92 in the Tarrant County Deed
Records and being in the North R.O.W. line of Airport Freeway and being 01"1
a curve having a radius of 2466.83 feet whose center bears South 14 degrees
57 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of 2466.83 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve and along the North R.O.W. line of
said Airport Freeway a distance of 360.9 feet;
THENCE North 27 degrees 01 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 46.0 feet;
THENCE North 0 degrees 22 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 129.0 feet;
THENCE North 88 degrees 32 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 355.0 feet
to the East line of Weyland Drive and being on a curve having a radius of
351.63 feet whose center bears South 75 degrees 49 minutes East a distance
of 351. 63 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the East line of said
Weyland Drive a distance of 99.44 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
left having a radius of 281.66 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve and along the East line of said
Weyland Drive a distance of 152.83 feet;
THENCE North 0 degrees 43 minutes West along the East line of said Weyland
Drive a distance of 96.96 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 17 minutes East a distance of 51.31 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 720.77 feet;

THENCE Northeasterly along said curve a distance of 390.18 feet;

THENCE South 0 degrees 11 minutes West along the East line of said Lot 2,
Block 4, said University Plaza a distance of 640.24 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 7.297 acres or 317,882 square feet of land more or less.
This property is located on the east side of Weyland Dr., bounded on the north by
University Plaza Apts. and on the south by Bank of North Texas and Airport Freeway.
