AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS.
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179. ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS. TEXAS.
PASSED. APPROVED. AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13,
1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 81-21 the following described property shall
be rezoned from T.ocal Retai ". & IF-9 . . to
Industrial
BEING all of lots 17, 18, 19, a portion of lots 20 and 21, and a portion of
Center Street as closed by ordinance recorded in Volume 5748, Page 934, Deed
Records, Tarrant County,. Texas all in Block J SMITHFIELD ADDITION, North
Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas according to revised plat recorded
in Volume 388-K, Page 95, plat records, Tarrant County, Texas and described
by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron pin at the Southeast corner of Lot 16 and the Northeast
corner of Lot 18, Block J, Smithfield Addition, said point being in the West
right of way of Davis Blvd.
THENCE South along the West right of way of Davis Blvd. 120.0 feet to iron
pin for the beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE Southwesterly along the West right of way of Davis Blvd. and along
curve to right, 80.5 feet to iron pin for corner in the South line of Lot 20;
THENCE North 89 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West, along the South line of
Lot 20, 190.8 feet to iron pin for corner;
THENCE South 85.6 feet to iron pin for corner;
THENCE North 88 degrees 34 minutes 04 seconds West 250.0 feet to an iron pin
for corner in the centerline of Center Street;
THENCE North 00 degrees 15 minutes East along the centerline of Center Street,
280.6 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot l-R, Block J, Smithfield Addition;
THENCE South 89 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East, at 250.17 feet passing
the Southeast corner of Lot l-R, in all 459.0 feet to the point of beginning.
