ORDINANCE NO. 905
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS FOR THE YEAR 1981
WHEREAS, the assessment Rolls of all taxable property, real and personal,
in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, has been duly certified as approved
by the Board of Equalization of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, and
returned to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the same:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
North Richland Hills, Texas, that the Assessment Rolls as certified on the
9th day of June, 1981, by the Board of Equalization of the City of North
Richland Hills, Texas, be, and they are hereby approved and adopted as the
Assessment Rolls to be used for the collection of taxes for the current year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessment rolls for the City of
North Richland Hills, Texas, for the tax year 1981, be and they are hereby
finally closed. The fact that the fiscal period begins on October 1, 1981,
requires that this Ordinance be effective upon its passage and adoption to
preserve the public peace, prosperity, health and safety, and any rule
requiring ordinances to be read and passed on two seperate dates is hereby
suspended and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of June 1981.

CERTIFICATION TO CITY COUNCIL OF APPROVAL OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR
1981 BY THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION.
We, the undersigned, constituting the Board of Equalization of the
City of North Richland Hills, of Tarrant County, Texas, do hereby certify
that we have examined the assessment list made up from the assessment of
Ann Cannon, Assessor-Collector of the City of North Richland Hills, of
Tarrant County, Texas, for the year 1981, and we find that all property
both real and personal, insofar as we have been able to ascertain, has been
property assessed for taxes for the year 1981 in accordance with the
Constitution and laws of Texas. We further certify that said assessment
list for the year 1981, is to the best of our knowledge and belief correct
and therefore approved this the 9th. day of June, 1981.
