BEING a tract of land. out of the E.S. Carder Survey, Abstract 308, situated
in Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows~ .
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of this tract said point being the Northeast
corner of Lo~ 7, Block C, Richland Oaks Addition, third filing, recorded in
Volume 388-7, Page 81, Tarrant County Deed Records, and being in the South
line of University Plaza Addition, third filing, recorded in Volume 388-136,
Page 76, Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE South 89 degrees 36 minutes 59 seconds East'along said South line of
University Plaza tract 388.09 feet to an iron pin for a corner said corner
being the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 5, Richland Oaks Addition, fifth
fil ing, recorded 'in Volume 388-143, Page 24, Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE South 00 degrees 05 minutes East 184.28 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE South 47 degrees 03 minutes 50 seconds East 193.23 feet to the intersection
