SITUATED in the City of.North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a
portion of that certa.in ·traét of land as conveyed by Tomanet Financial Corporation
to Lago Lindo Properties, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 6944, Page 1257, Deed
Records, Tarrant. County, Texas, and being more particularly desdribed by metes and
bounds as follows:
COMMENCING a.t a concrete monument that bears South 89 degrees 53 minutes 41
seconds East, a distance of 31.0 feet from the east R.O.W. line of Farm-Market
Highway 1938, said monument also lying on. the southerly line of a tract of land
conveyed to Texas Electric Service Company and recorded in Volume 2841, Page 173,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and continuing along the same bearing another
425.86 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING of this Lot 1, Block 4, Red Gate Addition;
THENCE North 2~ degrees 34 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 171.05 feet to
an iron rod ln the southerly line of said TESCO R.O.W. line for corner;
THENCE North 66 degrees 25 minutes 25 seconds East, along said TESCOR.O.W. line
a distance of 296.16 feet. to an iron rod in the Southwesterly R.O.W. line of
Irish Drive;
THENCE in a southeasterly direction along said R.O.W. line of Irish Drive being
an arc of a circular curve to. the left having a radius of 354.84 feet, a distance
of 40.83 feet to an iron rod for a corner;
THENCE South 09 degrees 10 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 250.82 feet to
an iron rod for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 53 minutes 41 seconds West, a distance of 192.73 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.288 acres of land more or less.
