AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13,
1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that òn Case No. PZ 80-43 the following described property shall
be rezoned from Mu It i P 1 e Fam'i1 v " ' . ,.' to
Local Retail.
BEING a tract of land in the E. S. Carder Survey, Abstract 308, situated in
Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the South line of University Palza Addiiton as
shown on a plat of record in Volume 388-92, Page 33, Plat Records, Tarrant
County, Texas, said point being South 89 degrees 36 minutes 59 seconds East
71.39 feet from the Southwest corner of said Addition;
THENCE South 0 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds West 251.03 feet to an iron pin
in the Northerly R.O.W. line of State Highway No. 121-A;
THENCE South 44 degrees 09 minutes 03 seconds West 43.29 feet to an iron pin
for corner;
THENCE South 42 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds West 44.33 feet continuing along
said R.O.W. line to an iron pin for corner in saMe, said point being in the
Easterly line of an access easement to Miller-Epoch Corporation as described
in Volume 6741, Page 1209, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 47 degrees 03 minutes 50 seconds West 193.23 feet along said line
to an iron pin in same for corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 05 minutes West 184.28 feet along the Easterly line of
said easement to an iron pin for corner in the South line of a tract described
in a deed to Miller-Epoch Corporation as recorded in Volume 6630, Page 945,
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 89 degrees 36 minutes 59 seconds East at 131.5 feet pas~ing an
iron pin at the Southeast corner of the last referenced tract, same being the
Southwest corner of University Plaza Addition, above referenced and continuing
in all, 202.89 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 1.205 acres.
