AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHlAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13,
1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:

BEING a tY'act of land out of the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, in the
City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a part of the
said tract of land recorded in Volume 3557, Page 652, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin situated at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2,
Emerald Hills, First Section, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills,
Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat recorded in Volume 388-39, Page 1,
Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 78 degrees 56 minutes East 320.0 feet to an iron pin for corner
being the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 2, Emerald Hills, First Section,
an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 00 degrees 07 minutes West 60.0 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 30 minutes West 327.39 feet to an iron pin for corner
in the Easterly R.O.W. line of F. M. Highway 1938 (Davis Blvd.);
THENCE Northerly along curve to the right with a radius of 5669.6 feet a
distance of 125.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.68 acres
of land.
