285 Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described
by metes an4 bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West right-of-way line of Parchman Street, said
point being 14.5 feet West and 82.0 feet South of the Northeast corner of
said Lot '6 by deed to Gene W. Welborn, et ux, Patsy A. Welborn, as recorded
in Volume 6127, Page 868, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 80.0 feet with said West right-of-way line to a point;
THENCE West 125.0 feet parallel to the North line of said Lot 6 to a point;
THENCE South 80.0 feet to. a point;
THENCE East 125.0 feet parallel to the North line of said Lot 6 to the place
