Worth, TX 76116 Honorable ~ayor and City Council Members of North Richland Hills, Texas At the Planning:!: '~oning meetings of loarch 2( and April 23, 1981 which considered the proposed quadraplex project, concern was expressed by a group of adjoining homeowners for their privacy if two story buildings were constructed. In responce to those concerns, the . follmring items were agreed to by both the property owners and myself: 1. The existing privacy fence between the property owners and proposed project will be repaired and/or replaced at my expense. The flush (or slick) side of the fence will face the project as requested by the homeowners. 2. The property adjacent to the homeowners -- that area on the east side of I:aryanna St. -- will be developed with single story rowhouses as per plan. A roof with a pitch of 5 and 12 will be used in order to provide more privacy to the home- owners. 3. The property on the west side of r<aryanna St. will be developed with two story quadraplexes. However, there will be no windows on the second story east side of these buildings. If deemed necessary and appropriate, these conditions rnay be placerl on the building permits. ~.es 7.
