BEING a 10 acre tract oLland out of the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606,
Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the West R.O.W. line of Reynolds Road
. (a 60' R.O.W.) arid the North R.O.W.line of Interstate Highway Loop 820, said
point being in a curve to the left whose center bears South 17 degrees 34
minutes 35 s~coDds West, 5904.58 feet;
THENCE with said curve, along the North R.þ.W. line of Loop 820 through a
central angle of 03 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds, and an arc length of 328.23
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the tract herein described;
THENCE continuing with said curve, along the North R.O.W. line of Loop 820,
through a central angle of 04 degrees 08 minutes 17 seconds, and an arc
length of 426.44·feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE North 970.38 feet to a ~oint for a corner in the Southerly R.O.W. line
of a 75 foot wide Texas Electric Service Co. R.O.W. as recorded in Volume 2821,
Page 291, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 66 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East, with said Texas Electric
Service Co. Southerly R.O.W., 89.31 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE East, 334.67 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE South, 1,096.81 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing ten acres
more or less; of which 1,438 square feet is contained within the sanitary sewer

Volume 7163, Page 1875, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
