SITUATED in the Cityof'North Richland Hills, Tarrant'County, Texas, and being a
tract of land in the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, and being more particularly
descri bed as fo Hows:
BEGINNING ,at an iron rod in the East line of Rufe Snow Drive, said iron rod being
4043.7 feet ,South and 25.0 feet East of the Northwest corner of saidW.W. Wallace
Survey;
THENCE North 0 degrees 26 minutes East, 613.14 feet with said East line of said
Rufe Snow Drive, to an iron rod for the Northwest corner of the tract herein
described;
THENCE South 89 degrees 48 minutes East, 885.0 feet to an iron rod set for corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 26 minutes West, 487.46 feet to an iron rod set in the
North line of a 75.0 foot wide TESCO R.O.W. as recorded in Volume 2821, Page 291,
of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 66 degrees 27 minutes West, 618.38 feet with the North line of said
TESCO R.O.W. to an iron rod found for corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 26 minutes East, 122.21 feet to an iron rod found for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 34 minutes West, 320.0 feet to an iron rod for the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 12.446 acres of which 0.493 acre (21,460 sq. ft.) is
contained within the ~roposed right of way of Rufe Snow Drive, and 0.209 acre
(9087 sq. ft.) is contained within a Lone Star Gas easement, leaving 11.744 acres
of land, more or less.

tract of land in the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, and being a portion of
Block 2 of Snow Heights North, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume
388-44, Page 99, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of Block 4 of Snow Heights North, according to
plat recorded in Volume 388-141, Page 9, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County,
Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East with the North R.O.W. line of
Interstate Loop 820, 523.06 feet to an iron rod in concrete at the beginning of a
curve to the right whose center bears South 0 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East,
5904.58 feet;
THENCE along said curve and with the North R.O.W. line of said Loop 820, in an
Easterly direction, 174.11 feet to an iron rod, the PLACE OF BEGINNING OF THE
TRACT HEREIN DESCRIBED:
THENCE North 0 degrees 26 minutes East 493.82 feet to an iron rod in the South-
easterly line of a certain tract of land conveyed to Texas Electric Service
Company by deed recorded in Volume 2821, Page 291, of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas;
THENCE North 66 degrees 27 minutes East with the Southeasterly line of said
Texas Electric Service Company tract, 332.54 feet;
THENCE South 644.72 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said Loop 820, said
point being on a curve whose center bears South 4 degrees 37 minutes 29 seconds
West, 5904.58 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve and with the Northerly R.,O.W. line of a
Interstate Loop 820, 309.07 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 4.00
acres, of which 4987 square feet, or 0.114 acre, more or less, is contained within
a 15 feet wide sanitary sewer easement as recorded in Volume 7163, Page 1875, of
the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas,

SITUATED in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a
tract of land in the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, and being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at an iron rod in the East line of Rufe Snow Dribe and in the North line
of Interstate Hwy. 820, said point being by deed description, 4478.0 feet South and
15.0 feet East of the Northwest corner of the W.W. Wallace Survey, thence North 0
degrees 48 minutes East, 81.6 feet and North 66 degrees 27 minutes East, 182.72 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the tract herein described;
THENCE North 66 degrees 27 minutes East, 798.68 feet with the South line of a 75.0
foot TESCO R.O.W. as recorded in Volume 2821, Page 291, of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, to an iron rod set for corner;

THENCE South 0 degrees 26 minutes West, 493.82 feet to an iron rod set in the
North line of said Interstate Hwy. 820, said iron rod also being on a curve
whose conter bears South 1 degree 31 minutes 52 seconds West, 5904.58 feet;
THENCE Westerly with said curve, 174.11 feet to a Highway monument for the end
of said curve;
THENCE South 89 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West, 523.06 feet with the North
line of said Highway 820 to an iron rod found for corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 48 minutes East, 175.0 feet to an iron rod found for corner;
THENCE South 88 degrees 25 minutes West, 33.74 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 5.444 acres gross of which 0.133 acre (5780 sq. ft.) is contained within
a Lone Star Gas easement; 11,649 square feet (0.267 acre) is contained within a
sanitary sewer easement, leaving a net amount of 5.044 acres, more or less.
This property is located north of Northeast Loop 820, east of Rufe Snow Drive, and
is bounded on the north by Lewis Drive.
