BEING a tract of land out of the John Barlough Survey, Abstract 130, Tarrant
County, Texas and bei ng.. mor,e fully described by metes, and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a Bois d'Arc stake in fence corner, the Southeast corner of a
61.2 acre tract conveyed to ,Earnest Earl Newman and wife as recorded in Volume
2254, Page 218,'Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said point being approximately
661 feet North of the Southeast corner of John Barlough Survey;
THENCE North 0 degrees 15 minutes West wi.thfence along the East line of said
Newman tract and continuing along the Eas.t line of a 10 acre tract conveyed to
Earl E. Newman and wife as recorded in Volume 2769, Page 521, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas, a total distance of 1728.9 feet to a point; .
THENCE North 89 degrees 48 minutes West, 256.68 feet;
THENCE South 59 ,degrees 29 minutes West, 896.71.feet;
THENCE South 0 degrees 25 min'utes 45 seconds East, 502.84 feet;
THENCE South 89 degrees 34 minutes 15 seconds West, 300.0 feet; ,
THENCE South 0 degrees 25 minutes 45 seconds East, 135.0 feet to a set stone
for corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 34 minutes East with fence line 635.9 feet to a steel
rod in the Southwest corner of said 61.2 acre tract as previously referred to
as shown in Volume 2254, Page 218, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 89 degrees 56 minutes East with fence line, 1325.5 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 42.1532 acres of land, more or less.
