PASSED. APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS. NOVEMBER 13. 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-28 the following described property shall be rezoned from Agriculture to 1F-9-1500-0ne Family Dwellings. BEING a part of a 70 acre tract of land out of the J. B. Edens Survey, Abstract 499, said tract conveyed by deed to B. L. Ballard et ux and recorded in Volume 3095. Page 593 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas. and being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a steel rod for the northwest corner of herein described tract of land, said rod being located 1951.3 feet north and South 89 degrees 28 minutes East, 1571.2 of the southwest corner of said Edens Survey; THENCE North 83 degrees 44 minutes East along a fence 316.6 feet to a steel rod for corner located in the east fence line of said Ballard 70 acres; THENCE South along said east fence line 206.8 feet to a steel rod for corner located on the north line of a 50 foot roadway; THENCE North 82 degrees 59 minutes West along said north line 317.1 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE North 133.6 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.23 acres of land.
