ORDINANCE NO. 1032
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
\ WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967,
AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-83-29 the following described property
shall be rezoned from 1F-9-0ne Family Dwellings to 1F-8-1500-One
Family Dwellings.
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 1 in Block 10 of Foster
Village, as said Lot appears upon the map recorded in volume 388-81,
page 43 of the said Deed Records; and then run, north 89 degrees 42
minutes 25 seconds west 10 feet and north no degrees 17 minutes 35
seconds east 300 feet to the southwest and beginning corner of the
tract being described;
THENCE North no degrees 17 minutes 35 seconds east, along the east
line of right of way of Rufe Snow Drive, 1200 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 46 minutes 19 seconds east, to and along the
south line of North Richland Estates, Phase I, a distance of 2184-6/10
feet to the northwest corner of Block 1 of Maroaks Addition;
THENCE South no degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds east, along the west
line of said Maroaks Addition, 924 feet;
THENCE South 89 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds west. 130 feet;
THENCE North no degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds west, 23-41/100 feet;
THENCE South 89 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds west. 213-89/100 feet;
THENCE South 84 degrees 57 minutes 15 seconds west, 211-08/100 feet;
THENCE South 79 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds west 1511-59/100 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds west 160-59/100 feet to
the place of beginning and containing 51-98/100 acres.

This property is located on the east side of Rufe Snow Drive and
approximately 425 feet north of Starnes Road.
