ORDINANCE NO. 704
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 78-13 the following described property shall
BE rezoned from Multiple Family to _2F- 9 T~70 Family Dwelling.
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
John Condra Survey, Abstract 311, Tarrant County, Texas and being
described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a point in Hightower Drive, said point being, by deed
description, North 89 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East 2216.1 feet,
and South 0 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds East 3947.17 feet from the
North west corner of said John Condra Survey; also being the same point
as the Southeast corner of a 204.36 acre tract described in warranty
deed to Foster Financi~l Corporatior, and recorded in Volu~e 5121) Pafe
484, Deed Records, ~arrant County, Texas~
THENCE South 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 681.64 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the HEREIN DESCRIBED TRACT:
THENCE South 89 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 141.26 feet to a
point for corner;
THENCE North 7 degrees 42 minutes Hest 1162.96 feet to a point for corner
THENCE North 79 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East 140.23 feet to a point
for corner;
THENCE South 7 degrees 42 minutes East 1189.72 feet to the place of
beginning and contai~in~ 3.78 acres of land, more or less.
This property is located ln Foster Villa~e from Hightower at East end
