HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0708 \\ , ORDINANCE NO. 708 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: " 1 ~ RESOLVED that on Case PZ 78-23 the following described property shall be rezoned from Planned Development to 1F-8 One Family Dwelling. ALL of Blocks 3 and 5 and Lot 2, Block 2, Northridge Addition in North Richland Hills, out of the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract No. 1606 in Tarrant County, Texas, according to corrected plat recorded in Volume 388-76, Page 43, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Block 5, also being in the North R.O.W. line of Harwood Road; THENCE South 89 degrees 55 minutes West 280.0 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 00 degrees 24 minutes East 655.72 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE West 1056.93 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 472.96 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees 48 minutes East 841.8 feet to an iron pin; THENCE South 89 degrees 39 minutes East 498.4 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 00 degrees 24 minutes West 1122.3 feet to the place of BEGINNING and CONTAINING 18.67 acres of land.
