Albers and recorded in Volume 5149, Page 967 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being further described herein by rœtes and bounds as follows: Beginning, for the northeast corner of the tract, or lot, being described herein, at an iron pin set at the northeast corner of said wt 4, being also the point of intersection of the west line of Booth Calloway Road with the south line of Bedford Euless Road.'
