ARl'ICLE XXIX ŒANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECI'IOO 1
OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORl'H RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSm, APPROilED AND
ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING CCMrrSSION AND
THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY œ NORl'H RICHLAND HILLS,
NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOI'ICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLCM:NG REC<:M1ENDATION IS
SUBMI'ITED TO THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY œ NORI'H RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING CCMrrSSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 78..;.24 the following described property shall BE
rezoned frcm C<::'I'C'It\érciál toCornrerciál"':'SpeèificUse-MixedBeverages.
All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land situated in and being wt4, of
Fourth Filing, Kip's Big Boy Addition, City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant
County, Texas as shawn by deed to Donald D. Albers and recorded in Volume
5149, Page 967 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being
further described herein by rœtes and bounds as follows:
Beginning, for the northeast corner of the tract, or lot, being described
herein, at an iron pin set at the northeast corner of said wt 4, being also
the point of intersection of the west line of Booth Calloway Road with the
south line of Bedford Euless Road.'
Thence South 01 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East parallel to and 9.5 feet
westerly of concrete curb a total distance of 325.3 feet to a southeastern
line of tract described in deed to Donald D. Albers, et al and recorded in
Volume 5149, Page 967 of the Deed Records of Tarrant Courity, Texas;
Thence South 46 degrees 12 minutes West 29. 7 feet to the remains of a concrete
highway ronument in north lineðf Loop 820;
Thence North 88 degrees 26 minutes West with the said north line of Loop 820
to an iron pin set at the southeast corner of wt 5, Fourth Filing, Kip's Big
Bay Addition, a distance of 201.0 feet;
Thence North 01 degree 34 minutes East 184.0 feet to an iron pin set at the
northeast corner of said wt 5;
Thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes East 43.1 feet to an iron pin at the
southeast corner of tract shawn by deed recorded in Volurœ 6384, Page 991 of
the said Deed Records of Tarrant COunty, Texas;
Thence north 00 degrees 45 minutes East 157.8 feet to an iron pin set at the
northern northwest corner of said wt 4;
Thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East 166.2 feet to the place of
beginning.
This property is located on Booth Calloway Road between Loop 820 Acess Road
and Bedford-Euless Road.
