AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTV IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BV THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13,
1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLQloJING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND H!LLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 79-3, the following described property shall
be rezoned from Commercial to Commercial-Specific Use-Sale of
Alcoholic Beverages.
BEING a tract of land out of the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract No. 1606,
and the E.S. Carder Survey, Abstract No. 308, in the City of North Richland
Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Texas Hwy. Department Monument in the Southeast corner of
herein described tract, said point also being in the Southw~sterly R.O.W.
line of Bedford Euless Road and the North R.O.W. line of Interstate Hwy. 820;
THENCE South 72 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West, with said North R.O.W.,
a distance of 280.56 feet to a Texas Hwy. Monument for corner, said point
also being the beginning of a curve to the right having a central angle of
3 degrees 50 minutes 27 seconds and a radius of 1305.39;
THENCE with said curve, an arc distance of 87.51 feet to an iron rod set for
corner;
THENCE North 17 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds West, 285.74 feet to an iron
rod set for corner, said point also being in the South R.O.W. of said Bedford
Euless Road;
THENCE South 89 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds West, with said South R.O.W.,
a distance of 90.00 feet to an iron rod found for corner, said point also
being the beginning of a curve to the right havióg a central angle of 14
degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds and a radius of 743.67;
THENCE with said curve and R.O.W. an arc distance of 190.08 feet to an "X"
on concrete curb for corner;
THENCE South 48 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds East, 212.48 feet to the PLAEE
OF BEGINNING and containing in all 72,409 square feet or 1.6623 acres of land,
more or less.
This property is located on Bedford Euless Road at the intersection of Hwy.
820, just East of Penney's warehouse.
