ORDINANCE NO. 745
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13,
1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 79-6 the following described property shall
be rezoned from Agriculture to IF-9.
BEING a tract of land out of the John Condra Survey, Abstract No. 311, in
the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South R.O.W. line of County Road No. 3151, also
being 2307.02 feet West and 29.0 feet South of the Northeast corner of said
survey;
THENCE South 0 degrees 32 minutes East 607.67 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 52 minutes 17 seconds East 50.0 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 32 minutes East 170.0 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 52 minutes 17 seconds West 820.0 feet to an iron
pin for corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 32 minutes West 804.3 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds East 422.5 feet to an iron
pin for corner;
THENCE South 73 degrees 14 minutes 13 seconds East 86.4 feet to an iron pin
for corner;
THENCE South 89 degrees 39 minutes 13 seconds East 264.96 feet to the place
of BEGINNING and CONTAINING 14.23 acres of land.
This property is located on the South side of Douglas Lane where it ends it's
westerly direction and turns directly North.
