ORDINANCE NO. 718
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT SUNNY LANE BETWEEN BOOTH CALLOWAY
ROAD AND LYNN TERRACE BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND CLOSED;
PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That Sunny Lane between Lynn Terrace and Booth Calloway Road as it
appears on the plat filed in Volume 388-4, Page 59 of the Tarrant County Deed
of Records be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and the dedication of
same is permanently vacated as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or
character whatever.
SECTION 2.
That the interest of the City of North Richland Hills in the fee to
the land in said street is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent
owners of the fee as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
