PS 98-63 Consider the Request of Kurtz-Bedford for a Replat to be known as Lots 3R1 & 4, Block 1, Walker Branch Addition. This Property is Located in the 8500 Block of Emerald Hills Way. 6. PZ 99-19 Public Hearing to Consider Request of Edward Lett for a Zoning Change on Tracts 2A3B & 2A3C, of the Newton Survey, A-1182, from AG-Agricultural and R1-Single Family Residential to PD-Planned Development to allow a facility that would provide Wedding Services, Wedding Apparel Rental, Wedding Receptions and other Wedding Accessory Uses.
