HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0748 ) I r I" ¡ I \ I ,! .........~' ORDINANCE NO. 748 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 79-11, the following described property shall be rezoned from Agriculture to 1F-12. All that certain tract or parcel of land out of the T.K. Martin Survey, Abstract 1055, North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a steel rod in the East line of Crane Road (50.0 foot R.O.W.), 50.0 feet East and 1.0 foot North of the Northeast corner of Lot 1, and the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of the Dawn and King Addition to the City of Smithfield, Tarrant County, Texas, according to plat recorded in Volume 388-M, Page 105, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, said steel rod also being in the North line of a public street (60.0 foot R.O.W.); THENCE North 200.0 feet with the East line of Crane Road to a steel rod; THENCE East 225.0 feet to a steel rod; THENCE South 200.0 feet to a steel rod in the North line of said 60.0 foot public street; THENCE West 225.0 feet with the North line of said 60.0 foot public street to the place of beginning and containing 1.033 acres of land. This property is located on the East side of Crane Road, approximately 709 feet South of Amundson Road. APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 22nd FEBRUARY ,1979.
