HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0751 ORDINANCE NO. 751 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT: Article X of Ordinance No. 179 be and is hereby amended by adding a new section, being Section III, q., which shall read as follows: "q. The owner and/or operator of any mobile home park shall maintain a register of park occupancy which shall contain the following information: (a) Name and address of park residents. (b) Mobile home registration data, including length, width year of manufacture and identification number; (c) Location of each mobile home within the park by space or lot number. (d) Dates of arrival and departure. 1. A new register shall be initiated on January 1st of each year, and the old register may thereafter be retired but shall be retained on the premises for at least three (3) years following its retirement. Registers shall be available for inspection at all reasonable times by any offical of the City of North Richland Hills whose duties may necessitate access to the information contained therein. 2. The Mobile Home Park Owner or Operator shall furnish to the Assessor and Collector of Taxes for the City of North Richland Hills, within ten (10) days after the first day of January of each year, a list of all mobile homes resident in the park on the first day of January, showing the name and address, the make, length, width, year of manufacture and identification number of the mobile home and the address or the location description of said mobile home within the park."
