HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0759 ORDINANCE NO. 759 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ 79-16 the following described property shall be rezoned from Commercial to Industrial. BEING a tract of land out of the John H. Bar10ugh Survey in the City of North Rich1and Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the West R.O.W. line of Smithfield Road also being 243.75 varas South and 21.7 feet West of the Southeast corner of the John McCommas Survey; THENCE South along said R.O.W. 347.12 feet to an iron pin for corner in the Northwesterly R.O.W. line of the St. Louis Southwestern Railroad R.O.W.; THENCE South 54 degrees 56 minutes 12 seconds West along said R.O.W. 686.4 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds West along fence line 186.19 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 2 degrees 01 minutes 37 seconds East along fence line 745.33 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE South 89 degrees 43 minutes 51 seconds East along fence line 209.94 feet to an existing iron pin; THENCE South 89 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds East 511.66 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and CONTAINING 9.987 acres of land. This property is located on the West side of Smithfield Road at the St. Louis and Southwestern Railroad track. APPROVED 1979.
