HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0773 ORDINANCE 773 WHEREAS, conditions influencing subdivision plat approval such as storm drainage, water and sewer capacity, and adjacent zoning may change over a period of time; now therefore be it ordained by the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas that the subdivision ordinance # 195, Section 1-010 (Special Provisions) is amended by adding the following: "11. The City will not issue building permits, nor execute City/Developer agreements on any subdivision which remains substantially undeveloped four years or more from the date of final plat approval until a current engineering review of said plat has been conducted by the City Engineer and the plat has been re- approved by the City Council. Substantial development is bereby defined as 90% of sanitary sewage and storm drainage structures in place and accepted by the City and 80% of the lineal footage of paved streets in place and accepted by the City. Fees for the engineering review are hereby established at $50.00 plus $4.00 per acre, or $50.00 plus $1.00 per lot, whichever is greater."
