RESOLUTION NO. 2004-004
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas,
that:
1.
The City Manager be, and is hereby authorized to execute the attached City-
Developer Agreement with J & J NRH 100 Family Partnership for paving improvements
to Smithfield Road and Bursey Road as an act and deed of the City.
