HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0724 ORDINANCE NO. 724 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE #179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case PZ 78-34 the following described property shall BE rezoned from IF-12 to IF-9 with a stipulation that the minimum living area shall be 1500 sq. ft. BEING a tract of land out of the Mahala Lynch Survey, Abstract No. 953, all in the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin at the Northeast corner of Lot lR, Block 14, North Hills Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills, as recorded in Volume 388-17, Page 203, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said point being in the south line of Bewley Street; THENCE South 89 degrees 02 minutes East along the South line of Bewley Street, a distance of 214.89 feet to an iron pin for corner and the beginning of a curve to the right; THENCE Southeasterly, along the South line of Bewley Street, along said curve to the right, having a radius of 263.99 feet, a distance of 45.18 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 4 degrees 32 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 169.15 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 80 degrees 17 minutes West a distance of 145.61 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 89 degrees 02 minutes West a distance of 130.00 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 0 degrees 07 minutes East a distance of 150.10 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.949 acres of land.
