1. Call The Meeting To Order
Chair Tyler Barry 6:05 pm.
2. Introductions
Each person introduced themselves and stated what school they attend and an
interesting fact about themselves.
3. Overview of the Youth Advisory Committee Activities and Requirements for the
2016/2017 Academic Year
Ms. James presented information regarding what activities the committee would be
participating in this year, in addition to the requirements expected. She talked about
attendance requirements, as well as the requirement to attend at least one City Council
Meeting. She also presented all the opportunities coming up in the fall that are needing
volunteer help.
5. Overview of the City of North Richland Hills
Ms. James presented information regarding the history of North Richland Hills, in
addition to demographics and the form of government.
6. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 pm.
