BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHlAND HillS, TEXAS:
Section1: THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute Change Order
#2 with Dean Construction for Tommy and Sue Brown Park and
amend the CIP Budget, as the act and deed of the City.
AND IT IS SO RESOLVED.
PASSED AND APPROVED on the 9th day of August 2004,
