ORDINANCE NO. 640
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS,_NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 76-14 the following described property shall BE~%*X
rezoned from IF-9 to Industrial,
The following described tract or parcel of land being a portion of Lot l-R,
Block J, Smithfield Addition, to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant
County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 15 of Volume 388-102 in the
Tarrant County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Block J, said Smithfield Addition,
to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat
recorded on Page 95 of Volume 388-K in the Tarrant County Deed Records;
THENCE S 0 degrees 02' E along the West line of said Lot 16 a distance of 100,0
feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 16 and the most southerly South line
of said Lot l-R, Block J;
THENCE N 89 degrees 421 50" W along the most southerly South line of said Lot
l-R, Block J and along the North line of Lot 17, said Block J a distance of 250,17
feet to the centerline of old Center Street;
THENCE N 0 degrees 11 I 25" E along the centerline of said old Center Street a
distance of 100,0 feet;
THENCE S 89 degrees 42' 50" E a distance of 249,78 feet to place of beginning,
containing 0,57 acre of land more or less,
