ORDINANCE NO. 656
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-1 the following described property shall
rezoned from Commercial to Industrial.
BE
BEING a portion of Block 1, of a revision of parts of Block IIKII and ilL II of the
TOWN OF SMITHFIELD, Texas (now in North Richland Hills) according to plat recorded
in Volume 388-16, page 579, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Block 1, in the East right-of-way line
of State F-M Highway No. 1938;
THENCE East 640.5 feet to the Northeast corner of said Block 1;
THENCE South 0 degrees 37 minutes East 127.6 feet to the Southeast corner of said
Block 1, same being in the Northwesterly right-of-way line of the St. Louis, Arkansas
& Texas Railroad;
THENCE South 55 degrees 26 minutes West with the Southerly line of said Block 1, and
with the Northwesterly right-of-way line of said railroad, 690.27 feet;
THENCE North 3 degrees 06 minutes East 99.2 feet;
THENCE North 86 degrees 54 minutes West 100.0 feet to a point in the West line of said
Block 1;
THENCE North 03 degrees 19 minutes East with the West line of said Block 1 and
the East right-of-way line of State F-M Highway No. 1938, 295.35 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the left whose center bears North 86 degrees 54 minutes
West, 2804.79 feet;
THENCE along said curve and with the West line of said Block 1, with the East
right-of-way line of State F-M Highway No. 1938, 120.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing approximately 218,026.86 square feet of land.
BEING a portion of Block IIKII of the Original Town of Smithfield, Tarrant County,
Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Block 1 of a revision of a portion of Blocks
IIKII and IIL'I of the Town of Smithfield, Texas according to Plat recorded in Volume
388-16, page 579, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;

THENCE East 188.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of said Block IIKII
said point being in the Northwesterly right-of-way line of the St. Louis, Arkansas
& Texas Railroad;
THENCE South 55 degrees 38 minutes West 226.0 feet with the Northwesterly right-
of-way line of said Railroad to the Southeast corner of said Block 1;
THENCE North 0 degrees 37 minutes West 127.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and
containing approximately 11,996.87 square feet of land.
This property is located at 6608 Davis Blvd.

REZONED FROM COMMERCIAL TO INDUSTRIAL THIS 28th DAY OF March 1977.
