ORDINANCE NO. 661
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-4 the following described property shall BE
rezoned from Multiple Family Dwelling to 1F-8 One Family Dwelling.
Being a tract of land out of the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, in the City
of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a part of the same tract
of land recorded in Volume 4649, Page 506, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas,
being described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin situated South 2075.0 feet and South 89 degrees 41 minutes
East 1474.0 feet from the Northwest corner of said survey;
THENCE South 89 degrees 41 minutes East along fence line 2016.35 feet to an iron
pin for corner in the Westerly R.O.W. line of Holiday Lane;
THENCE Southerly along curve to the right with a radius of 670.0 feet a distance of
78.35 feet to an iron pin at the P. T. of said curve;
THENCE South 14 degrees 37 minutes West along said R.O.W. of 657.55 feet to the be-
ginning of a curve to the left with a radius of 730.0 feet;
THENCE Southerly along said curve to the left 72.8 feet to an iron pin for corner
in the Northwesterly line of Texas Electric Service Company R.O.W., recorded in
Volume 2821, Page 291, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 66 degrees 27 minutes West along said R.O.W. 1250.92 feet to an iron
pin for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 48 minutes West 680.67 feet to an iron pin for corner;
THENCE North 0 degrees 19 minutes East 1292.9 feet to the place of BEGINNING and
CONTAINING 49.2 acres of land.
This property fronts on Holiday Lane and is north of Richland High School.
