ORDINANCE NO. 662
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-5 the following described property shall BE
rezoned from Agriculture to Local Retail.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Thomas Sprouce
Survey, Abstract 1399, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING in the East line of Rufe Snow Drive and being about S 89° 45' W a distance
of 20.0 feet, N 0° 021 25" W a distance of 1469.27 feet, and S 87° 341 10" W a dis-
tance of 2735.47 feet from the Southeast corner of the said Thomas Sprouce Survey;
THENCE N 87';' 34' 10" E a di stance of 562.52 feet;
4IIÞ THENCE S 9° 001 E a distance of 377.92 feet;
THENCE S 89° 401 W a distance of 504.68 feet to the East line of said Rufe Snow
Drive and being on a curve having a radius of 1076.0 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve and along the East line of said Rufe Snow
Drive a distance of 322.71 feet;
THENCE N 25" 43' 40" W along the East line of said Rufe Snow Drive a distance of
50.08 feet to place of beginning, containing 4.38 acres of land more or less.
This property is east of Rufe Snow Drive, approximately 164 feet north of Foster
Village.
