AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-6 the following described property shall
rezoned from Agriculture to 1F-9 One Family Dwelling.

The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Thomas Sprouce
Survey, Abstract 1399, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING in the West line of County Road No. 3051 and being about S 89° 451 W a
distance of 20.0 feet from the Southeast corner of the said Thomas Sprouce Survey;
THENCE S 89° 40' 25" W a distance of 2007.3 feet;
THENCE S 89° 281 50" W a distance of 600.44 feet to the East line of Rufe Snow Drive;
THENCE N 0" 08' 10" E along the East line of said Rufe Snow Drive a distance of 855.38
feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 1076.0 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve and along the East line of said Rufe Snow Drive
a distance of 163.01 feet;
THENCE N 89° 40' E a distance of 504.68 feet;
THENCE N 90 001 W a distance of 377.92 feet;
