HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0664 . . . ~ ~ ~, ORDINANCE NO. 664 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-8 the following described property shall be rezoned from Agriculture to Industrial. The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the E.M.D. King Survey, Abstract 892, Tarrant County, Texas and being an 11.149 acre tract known as Industrial Park Addition, to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas according to plat recorded on Page 36 of Volume 388-109 in the Tarrant County Deed Records and be- ing more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the West line of Rufe Snow Drive with the North line of Industrial Park Boulevard and being S 0 degree 141 25" W a distance of 591.98 feet from the Northeast corner of a tract as conveyed by deed to Donald Kerr and Associates as recorded on Page 579 of Volume 5147 in the Tarrant County Deed Records; THENCE S 0 degree 14' 25" W along the West line of said Rufe Snow Drive a distance of 80.0 feet; THENCE N 89 degrees 44' 30" W a distance of 80.05 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 260.0 feet; THENCE Southwesterly along said curve a distance of 205.78 feet; THENCE S 44 degrees 52' 07" W a distance of 966.67 feet; THENCE N 45 degrees 07' 55" W a distance of 479.87 feet to the Southeasterly right-of- way of the St. Louis Southwestern Railroad; THENCE N 44 degrees 52' 07" E along the Southeasterly right-of-way line of said St. Louis Southwestern Railroad a distance of 957.71 feet; THENCE S 45 degrees 06' 55" E a distance of 379.87 feet; THENCE N 44 degrees 52' 07" E a distance of 9.08 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the right having a radius of 340.0 feet; THENCE Northeasterly along said curve a distance of 269.1 feet; THENCE S 89 degrees 44' 30" E a distance of 80.08 feet to place of beginning, contain- ing 11.149 acres of land more or less.
