AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:

RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-12 the following described property shall
rezoned from Agriculture to IF-9 One Family Dwelling.
The following described tract or parcel of land situated in the Thomas Sprouce
Survey, Abstract 1399, Tarrant County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING in the West line of County Road No. 3051 and being about South 89 degrees
45' West a distance of 20.0 feet and N 0 degree 021 20" West a distance of 434.92
feet from the Southeast corner of said Thomas Sprouce Survey;
THENCE North 87 degrees 491 30" W a distance of 250.0 feet;
THENCE North a distance of 150.0 feet;
THENCE South 87 degrees 51' 20" East a distance of 250.0 feet to the West line of
said County Road No. 3051;
THENCE South along the West line of said County Road No. 3051 a distance of 150.13
feet to place of beginning, containing 0.86 acres of land more or less.
This property is located approximately 1789 feet south of Bursey Road.
