ORDINANCE NO. 666
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-13 the following described property shall BE
rezoned ~ultiple Family Dwelling to Local Retail.
Being a tract of land situated in the William Mann Survey, Abstract No. 1010, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive (County Road No. 3051),
said point being North 00 degree 03' 45" East along said centerline, 1922.93 feet
from its intersection with the centerline of Watauga-Smithfield Road (County Road
No. 3022);

THENCE N 89 degrees 35' 41" East, 360.00 feet;
THENCE S 00 degree 031 45" West, 375.00 feet;
THENCE S 89 degrees 35' 41" West, 360.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing
3.099 acres of land.
This property is located approximately 325 feet south of Chapman Road on Rufe Snow
Drive contiguous to existing Local Retail Zoning.
