HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 0667 . . . ~ ~, ORDINANCE NO. 667 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS, SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER 13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: BE RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-14 the following described property shall rezoned from 2F-9 Two Family Dwelling to 1F-8 One Family Dwelling. Being a tract of land situated in the William Mann Survey, Abstract No. 1010, Tarrant County, Texas, and being in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Miller Valley Road (County Road No. 3036), said point being North 89 degrees 351 41" East along said centerline 360.0 feet from its intersection with the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive (County Road No. 3051); THENCE North 89 degrees 351 41" East along the centerline of Miller Valley Road, 325.02 feet; THENCE South 00 degree 031 45" West,750.04 feet; THENCE North 89 degrees 351 41" East,1098.98 feet; THENCE South 10 degrees 09' 34" West,330.62 feet; THENCE South 89 degrees 35' 41" West,1366.07 feet; THENCE North 00 degree 031 45" East,1075.04 feet to the place of beginning and con- taining 16.004 acres of land. This 16.004 acres is presently zoned 2F-9 with 325 feet facing Chapman Road, south approximately 1075 feet, and east approximately 1366 feet. ~ . . . ... ~.
