ORDINANCE NO. 668
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case 77-15 the following described property shall BE
rezoned from Multiple Family Dwellinq to 1F-8 One Family Dwelling.
Being a tract of land situated in the William Mann Survey, Abstract No. 1010, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Watauga-Smithfield Road (County Road No.
3022); said point being North 89.degrees 52' 00" East along said centerline, 950.00
feet from its intersection with the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive (County Road No.
3051) ;
. THENCE North 00 degree 031 45" East, 870.00 feet;
THENCE South 89 degrees 52' 00" West, 672.09 feet;
THENCE North 32 deqrees 20' 40" West, 518.56 feet to the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive
(County Road No. 3Ò51);

THENCE South 10 degrees 09' 34" West, 1581.52 feet to a point in the centerline of
Watauga-Smithfield Road;
THENCE South 89 degrees 521 00" West along said centerline, 498.76 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 39.269 acres of land.
This 39.269 acres is presently zoned Multiple Family Dwelling with 614 feet fronting
on Rufe Snow Drive.
