ORDINANCE NO. 669
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-16 the following described property shall BE
rezoned from Local Retail to 1F-8 One Family Dwelling.
Being a tract of land situated in the William Mann Survey, Abstract No. 1010, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Watauga-Smithfield Road (County Road No.
3022); said point being North 89 degrees 52' 00" East along centerline, 809.53 feet
from its intersection with the centerline of Rufe Snow Drive (County Road No. 3051);
THENCE North 30 degrees 26' 02" West, 493.73 feet;
. THENCE North 32 degrees 20' 40" West, 524.43 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 52' 00" East, 672.09 feet;
THENCE South 00 degree 031 45" West, 870.00 feet to the centerline of Watauga-Smithfield
Roa d;
THENCE South 89 degrees 521 00" West along centerline, 140.47 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 8.015 acres of land.
This 8.015 acre triangle is presently zoned Local Retail approximately 809 feet from
Rufe Snow Drive east on Watauga Road, north approximately 870 feet, west approximately
672 feet, with approximately 140 feet facing Watauga Road.
