ORDINANCE NO. 620
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 75-30 ~he following described property shall BE/~~IXBK
rezoned from Local Retail to Specific Use-Sale of Beer for off Premises
Consumption.
BEING all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
S. Richardson Survey, city of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County~ Texas and
being further described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a steel rod in the East R.O.W. line of State Highway #1938 (Davis
Blvd.) a distance of 20.94 varas East and 1361.5 feet South of the 6th corner
of the S. Richardson Survey; THENCE North 0 degrees 25 minutes East with said
East R.O.W. line a distance of 385.0 feet; THENCE North 0 degrees 25 minutes
55 seconds East with East line a distance of 992.28 feet to a pipe THE POINT
OF BEGINNING OF HEREIN DESCRIBED TRACT, said pipe being the Northwest corner
of a 5.0 acre tract of land deeded to Bill Lightfoot;
THENCE South 89 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds East with North line of said 5.0
acre tract and fence line a distance of 230.0 feet to a 2 inch pipe;
THENCE South 0 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds West a distance of 140.0 feet to
a steel rod;
THENCE North 89 degrees 50 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 230.0 feet to
a steel rod in East R.O.W. line of said State Highway #1938 (Davis Blvd.);
THENCE North 0 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds East with said East R.O.W. line a
distance of 140.0 feet to the Place of beginning and containing 0.73 acre of
land, more or less.
This property is located on Davis Blvd. approximately 1848 feet North of
Rumfi e 1 d Road.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 4 DAY OF DECEMBER 1975
with the stipulation that the primary business be the sale of groceries.
