AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 77-11 the following described property shall BE
rezoned from Multiple Family Dwelling and Local Retail to 1F8-15 One Family Dwelling.
BEING a tract of land out of the W. W. Wallace Survey, in the City of North Richland
Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 21, Holiday North Addition, Section
Four, to the City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, also being in the
South R.O.W. line of Jean Ann Drive;
THENCE Easterly along curve to the riqht with a radius of 987.25 feet a distance of
32.6 feet to the P.T. of said curve;
THENCE North 76 degrees 28 minutes East 216.16 feet to a point in the East R.O.W. line
of Crestwood Circle;
THENCE North 21 degrees 32 minutes East 47.54 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
right with a radius of 789.43 feet;
THENCE along said curve to the right 192.89 feet to the P. T. of said curve;
THENCE North 7 degrees 32 minutes East 208.45 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
right with a radius of 561.05 feet;
THENCE along said curve to the right 233.54 feet to the P. T. of said curve;
THENCE North 16 degrees 19 minutes East 293.73 feet to a point in the centerline of
Richland Blvd;
THENCE Southeasterly along curve to the right with a radius of 814.65 feet a distance
of 257.83 feet to the P.T. of said curve;
THENCE South 66 degrees 15 minutes East 116.62 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
left with a radius of 817.90 feet;
THENCE Easterly along said curve to the left 335.22 feet to the P. T. of said curve;
THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes East 170.0 feet to a point in the West R.O.W. line
of Ross Road;
THENCE South 0 degrees 06 minutes East 340.44 feet;
THENCE South 0 degrees 14 minutes West 307.79 feet;
