ORDINANCE NO. 672
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT
ROLLS FOR THE CITY OF rWRTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
FOR THE YEAR 1977
WHEREAS, the Assessment Rolls of all taxable property, real and
personal, in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, has been duly certified
as approved by the Board of Equalization of the City of North Richland Hills,
Texas, and returned to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
North Richland Hills, Texas, that the Assessment Rolls as certified on June 22,
1977, by the Board of Equalization of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas,
be, and they are hereby approved and adopted as the Assessment Rolls to be
used for the collection of taxes for the current year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessment rolls for the City of
North Richland Hills, Texas, for the tax year 1977, be and they are hereby
finally closed. The fact that the fiscal period begins on October 1,1977,
requires that this Ordinance be effective upon its passage and adoption to
preserve the public peace, prosperity, health and safety, and any rule
requiring ordinances to be read and passed on two separated dates is hereby
suspended and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and adoption.

CERTIFICATION TO CITY COUNCIL OF APPROVAL OF ASSESSMENT
ROLLS FOR 1977 BY TH BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
We the undersigned members of the Board of Equalization for the City
of North Richland Hills, for 1977, after reviewing the tax rolls prepared
by the City Tax Assessor-Collector, after public hearings thereon, after
considering all facts and circumstances known to us or brought to our
attention at such hearing, and after correcting all errors, and in equalizin~,
to the best of our abilities, the tax rolls of said city hereby adopt and
certify to the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, as
the approved assessment rolls for 1977, the assessment rolls as submitted
by the City Tax Assessor-Collector, with the following exceptions, which
shall be changed to the following assessed values:
