Councilman Riddle !lOved, seconded by
Councilman Hubbard, that the City Council
approve Re801ut1on Ro. 71-12, authorizing
the Mayor of Iorth Richland Hi11s to accept
and approve the contract with the CitY' of
Richland Hills concernin8 the acquisition of
the Tarrant County Water Suppl;y Corporation' 21
water and sewer 878tem and facilities. The
mtion carried by a vote of 4-0.

Councilman Rewman moved, seconded by
Councilman Riddle, that the CitY' Council
authorize the City Manager to retain as
