Board Work Session scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m.

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
An opportunity for citizens to address the City Council on matters which are
scheduled on this agenda for consideration by the City Council, but not scheduled as
a public hearing. In order to address the City Council during public comments, a
Public Meeting Appearance Card must be completed and presented to the City
Secretary prior to the start of the City Council meeting.
3. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION:
a. Presentation of the budget and discussion of revised 2019-2020 operating budget
and proposed 2020-2021 operating budget.
b. Revised 2019-2020 and proposed 2020-2021 capital projects budgets.
c. Revised 2019-2020 and proposed 2020-2021 Park and Recreation Facilities
Development Corporation operating budget and capital projects budgets.
