AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on case PZ 76-7 the following described property shall BE/~~XX~~
rezoned from AgricuHure to IF-9-l5
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the T.K.
Martin Survey, A-1055, city of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas
and further described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an existing steel rod in most Southerly Southeast corner of
herein described tract, said point being by deed description 1761.9 feet South
and 3325.6 feet East of Northwest corner of said T.K. Martin Survey;
THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 99.9 feet to
existing steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 1 degree 39 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 275.4 feet to
an existing steel rod for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 09 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 100.7 feet to
an existing steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 1 degree 27 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 57.12 feet to a
steel rod for corner;
THENCE East a distance of 208.64 feet to steel rod for corner in existing West
R.O.W. line of Crane Road (County Road #3089);
THENCE South with said West R.O.W. a distance of 70.0 feet to an existing rod
for corner;
THENCE South 79 degrees 37 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 209.33 feet to
an existing steel rod for corner;
THENCE South 1 degree 29 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 112.22 feet to
the place of beginning and containing 1.06 acres of land, more or less.
This property is located approximately 1,861 feet north of Martin Drive.
