ORDINANCE NO. 694
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967, AS AMENDED JANUARY 27, 1975
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case PZ 78-4 the following described property shall be
rezoned from Agriculture to 1F-8
BEING a tract of land out of the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract No. 1606, in the
City of North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, and being described as
fo 11 ows :
COMMENCING at an existing iron pin situated in the East R.O.W. line of Rufe Snow
Drive also being 30 feet South and 25 feet East of the Northwest corner of said
W.W. Wallace Survey;
THENCE South 89 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds East 2357.46 feet to a point in the
centerline of a 35 ft. Mobil Pipe Line Easement, also being the PLACE OF BEGINNING
OF TRACT BEING DESCRIBED:
THENCE South 89 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds East 1142.2 feet to an iron pin for
corner;
THENCE South 0 degrees 26 minutes 49 seconds West along fence line, 895.34 feet
to an iron pin for corner in the Northerly R.O.W. line of Holiday Lane;
THENCE Southerly along curve to the left with a radius of 730.0 feet a distance
of 210.13 feet to the P. T. of said curve;
THENCE South 0 degrees 28 minutes 10 seconds West along West line of Holiday Lane,
887.51 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 670.0 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve to the right 72.1 feet to an iron pin for
corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 41 minutes West 169.0 feet to a point for corner in the
centerline of a 35 ft. Mobil Pipe Line Easement;
THENCE North 23 degrees 59 minutes 47 seconds West along said centerline of ease-
ment 2264.25 feet to the place of BEGINNING and CONTAINING 31.15 acres of land.
This property is located West of Holiday Lane and North of existing Holiday .We~t
